I love building customer journey maps because it helps me walk in the shoes of the prospect and customer. I see new things from their perspective and every time I have a conversation with a customer or persona representative, I learn something that adds to the richness of their profile and thinking which helps us communicate better.
I delivered the presentation below to the Seattle Search Network earlier this month. I don’t have the audio, but I hope you like it. There are a couple of charts at the end including take-aways that you might find helpful. The nice thing about this event is that after I spoke more about strategy, Nic from LogicInbound gave a great tactical presentation on using content to drive traffic and links in some unique ways.
